Lee’s family is looking for a home child care provider.

 

Job Description:

Position: Home childcare provider

Employer: Lee’s family

Home Address: Langley, BC V2Y 3E6

Work Location: Same as above

Number of Vacant: 1

Wage: $19.00 per hour

Hours of Work: 30-40 hours per week

Terms of Employment: Permanent, full-time

Language: English

Benefit: 10 days of paid vacation or 4 % of gross salary for vacation remuneration.

Start Date: As soon as possible

 

Job Duties:

– Maintain a safe and healthy environment for a child in the home.

– Nurturing a child at employer’s residence (Child born in 2016).

– Help with a child a bath and dress them.

– Plan and Prepare meals for a child and serve the meal. Additionally, supervise mealtimes.

– Provide age-appropriate daily activities for a child.

– Support to develop a child’s emotional and social development.

– Follow the daily routine as instructed (including rest time) by parents.

 

Job Requirements:

-Education: No formal education is required.

-Experience: Childcare experience is not essential, but an asset.

-Criminal record check is required.
