Overview
Lekker Foods Distributors Ltd. is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team.
Permanent, full-time, 40 hours per week (8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday), $25 per hour.

Duties:
– Provide backup support to the Richmond Warehouse Assistant and Payroll;
– Perform Administrative duties and occasional HR tasks;
– Monitor and maintain office equipment;
– Assist with monitoring Fleet Maintenance;
– Provide general support within the Richmond office;
– Prepare, key in, edit and proofread correspondence, invoices, presentations, reports, and other documents as necessary;
– Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and other material;
– Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings;
– Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages;
– Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to appropriate person.
Requirements:
– Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures;
– HR experience an asset;
– High proficiency with MS Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook;
– Proficient keyboarding skills;
– Organized, orderly, efficient, and accurate;
– Attention to detail essential;
– Multitask, prioritize and cope with interruptions;
– Minimum 1 year of previous experience as an Administrative Assistant;
– English language ability is required.
