Now, we are looking for a permanent, full-time Food Services Manager to join us.

Job Duties:
– Oversee daily operations of the food service department, ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service, and cleanliness.
– Manage and train staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and addressing any issues that arise.
– Develop and implement operational procedures and policies to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
– Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked with fresh ingredients.
– Collaborate with the culinary team to create and update menu offerings, ensuring a balance of traditional and innovative sushi dishes.
– Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling, storage, and sanitation standards.
– Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability while maintaining high-quality standards.
– Coordinate catering services for special events, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of orders.
– Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and continuous improvement.

Qualification:
• 1 years of related supervisory experience is required.
• Secondary school education is preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work during evenings, holidays, and weekends.
