Responsibilities:
-Evaluate and plan daily restaurant operations.
-Supervise and support team members.
-Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring supplies are well-stocked.
-Negotiate with suppliers for food and other necessary supplies.
-Address customer complaints and concerns with professionalism.
-Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience.
-Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
-Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems and handle transactions efficiently.
-Support restaurant management in daily administrative and operational tasks.
Qualifications:
-Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
-Proficiency in MS Excel and spreadsheet management.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to work well in a team environment and multitask effectively.
-Excellent oral communication skills and client focus.
-Secondary school graduation certificate required.
-Preferred certifications: Smart Serve, Safe Food Handling, and Food Safety Certificate.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
