Job Title: Assistant Cook

Employer: M & S Foods Ltd. dba Nishino Sushi

Work Location: Same as above

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time

Vacancy: 2

Hours of Work: 30~40hrs per week

Wage: $16.75 per hour

Benefit: 4% of salary for vacation remuneration or 10 days of paid vacation.

Language: English

 

Job Duties:

 

– Prepare and cook Korean & Japanese foods such as BBQ, Teriyaki, Bibimbap, Udon, Rolls etc.

– Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes as directed by cooks.

– Cook food according to recipes.

– Prepare and wash ingredients.

– Stock and maintain ingredients in refrigerator.

 

Job Requirements:

 

Education: Completion of high school is required

and

Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in this field.
