Mainland Communications Inc. DBA Bell is currently seeking a Permanent, Full time Corporate Sales Manager to join their team as soon as possible.
- Manage the recruitment of sales department and train the new sales team member by monitoring their performance.
- Decide the Sales and promotions strategies on all of our products worldwide.
- Oversee and coordinate all activities and operations of the sales team for the purpose to build a reliable and profitable relation with buyers and other customers.
- Meet with company management team to understand the business objectives and overall strategies.
- Create and devise new strategies and policies necessary for achieving sales target based on current organizational procedures.
- A university degree or college diploma in business administration or related field with a specialization in sales.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales is required.
