Overview

Mainland Communications Inc. DBA Bell is currently seeking a Permanent, Full time Corporate Sales Manager to join their team as soon as possible.

 

Main Duties:

Manage the recruitment of sales department and train the new sales team member by monitoring their performance.
Decide the Sales and promotions strategies on all of our products worldwide.
Oversee and coordinate all activities and operations of the sales team for the purpose to build a reliable and profitable relation with buyers and other customers.
Meet with company management team to understand the business objectives and overall strategies.
Create and devise new strategies and policies necessary for achieving sales target based on current organizational procedures.
Requirements

A university degree or college diploma in business administration or related field with a specialization in sales.
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales is required.
Salary:             $57.00/hour
