1.IT support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft’s core business applications, virtual environments built on Citrix, Microsoft, Azure, AWS and VMware technologies.
2.Supporting services for Microsoft-related technologies: Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, Azure
3.Implementing and supporting disaster recovery solutions.
4.Technical services, support, and troubleshooting at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security.
5.Solution implementation and support: SaaS, Secure Cloud Networks, VPN,
System documentation including system reviews and recommendations.
6.Writing and maintaining technical documentation, customer environment documentation, and how-to guides
7.Maintaining client hardware and software inventories
Computer and technology knowledge required:
-Mail server software
-HTML editing software
-Web service design
-Mapping and data visualization software
-Data analysis software
Benefit: 4% vacation pay
Hourly wage: $23/hour. Overtime 1.5 x wage, after 40 hours of work
Bachelor’s degree in relevant specialization or equivalent experience
At least 1 year of experience in this position
