Job position: Food Service Supervisor

Job type: Full time-permanent (30-35 hours/week)

Wages: $18.50/Hour

Job vacancy: 1 (one) position

Language requirement: English

Education requirement: Completion of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Work Experience required: Suitable candidate should have atleast 1 year work experience in a similar position or role.

Job duties and responsibilities:

–          Perform store opening/closing duties as appropriate for shift being handled.

–          Supervise staff performance; assign duties; explain responsibilities when necessary.

–          Understand and adhere to all quality standards and procedures as per Second Cup’s standard.

–          Establish work schedules, supervise and coordinate assigned shifts.

–          Assist the management in hiring of the staff and provide training as and when required.

–          Address customer complaints, feedback and suggestions to improve the service levels.

–          Estimate and order ingredients and supplies.

–          Keep track of daily sales, prepare reports and submit to the management.

–          Perform other relevant duties assigned by the management.
