Overview

Maruhachi Ramen is seeking a Cook for our Richmond location.
Permanent, Full-time; 30-40 hours per week; $16.75 per hour. Plus bonus
available based on sales performance. Extended healthcare benefits are
optional.

Standard 6-8 hour shifts for this position could be scheduled anytime
between 8:30am and 10:30pm as required.

Duties:
– Cooking everything on the menu;
– Inspect ingredients for quality and freshness;
– Supervise all food preparation;
– Provide training to new kitchen staff on matters of hygiene, Japanese
cuisine techniques, and other matters.

Qualifications:
– Minimum 3 years of previous experience as an Assistant Cook;
– Previous experience with Japanese ramen cuisine is an asset;
– Japanese language ability is an asset;
– English language ability is required.
