Overview

Job duties include but are not limited to:

Arrange and coordinate team calls, client training sessions, etc.
Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
Process payroll using BigTime
Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
Book and maintain travel plans of the team members
Perform project coordination tasks, as required

Job requirements:

Proficient in application software – ideally Microsoft Office and SharePoint
Understanding of basic bookkeeping practices
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Strong problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented and organized

Qualifications:

Degree/ Diploma in Business Administration, BBA/BCom
1-2 years of office admin experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $26.50 per hour
