Administrative Assistant

Moga Trucking Repair Ltd. Located at 12338 Old Yale Road, Surrey BC, V3V 3X8 requires for an Administrative Assistant who is energetic, self-motivated and detail-oriented person to join our team.

Responsibilities:
Manage incoming post mails or emails regularly and share and co-ordinate the flow of
information internally.
Answer and relay all the inquiries and messages received from telephonecalls and emails.
Prepare and write invoices to the customers.
Request and order office materials and supplies when needed and maintaininventory.
Modify, develop, update internal office procedures when required.
Prepare and write minutes of meetings and share the information within the work place.
When employer requests, arrange travel schedules and make reservation fora business trip.
Compile data, statistics and other information

Job Requirements:

Completion of secondary school is required.
Completion of college or other program for administrative assistant or secretaries
OR
1 year of related work experience

Language: English

Job Location: 12338 Old Yale Road, Surrey BC, V3V 3X8

Compensation: $25.00/hour for 40 hours/week
