Job Title: Early Childhood Educator Assistants

Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time

Start Date: ASAP

Number of Openings: 2

Hours of work: 30 – 40 hours per week

Wage:  $20.00 per hour

Benefit: 4% vacation renumeration or 10 days paid vacations

*Job Duties*

Assist Early Childhood Educators in carrying out programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional and social development of children.
Assist Early Childhood Educators in activities by telling stories, teaching songs and preparing crafts.
Perform housekeeping duties such stock snacks, tissues, and napkins
Assist with proper eating, dressing and toilet habits
Report to Early Childhood Educator written observation on children’s behaviour.
*Job Requirements*

Education: Completion of secondary school is required
Experience: Experience an asset. No formal experience is required as on job training will be provided. But Early Childhood Educator Assistant License is required.
