Mubarak Restaurant Ltd. DBA Subway Restaurant is looking for 2 Food service supervisors at 6626 Hastings Street, suite B, Burnaby, British Columbia, V5B 1S2. Salary is20 dollars per hour and no. of hours are 40 per week. (Even though this is a full-time position, part-time jobseekers are encouraged to apply).

Job Description:
Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare and serve food.
Order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
Establish methods to meet work schedules.
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safetyprocedures.
Ensure that food and service meet quality controlstandards.
May participate in the selection of food service staffand assist in the development of policies, procedures andbudgets.
Education Requirements:
Completion of secondary school is required. At leastone or two years experience in food preparation orservice are
required or completion of college program in foodservice administration, restaurant business or related business.
