Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Salary: $20.00 per hour
Working Hours: 30-35 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee the daily operations of our food service establishments.
· Ensure that high-quality service is provided to our customers.
· Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and serve food.
· Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
· Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
· Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
· Schedule staff shifts and establish procedures.
· Ensure that food quality meet our standards.
· Assist in developing and implementing new policies and procedures to improve services quality.
Qualifications:
· At least completion of secondary school
· Previous working experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry
· Excellent leadership skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
· Ability to handle customer complaints professionally and effectively
