Old Settlers Pub (LTK Investments Ltd) Harrison Hot Springs, BC, V0M 1K0. Is looking to employed Cooks for their pub and fine restaurant.
Wages $20.00 per hour, 40 hour per week.
Experience 3-5 years as cook/chef and be a team player, reliable and dependable.
Duties not limit to;
· Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
· Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers
· Oversee kitchen operations
· Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
· set up and oversee buffets
· clean kitchen and work area
· May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
· Cooks may specialize in preparing and cooking ethnic cuisine or special dishes.
