OM Samarpan Enterprise Inc. O/A Jay’s Mart – Collingwood is looking for a 1- Full-time Retail Store Supervisors to join our team!

Job Summary: The Store Supervisor is responsible for leading the store in achieving sales goals and operating the POS system. This position will oversee all aspects of the store including customer service, inventory management, and training of team members.

Duties include:

1. Supervise sales staff and cashiers

2. Prepare Work Schedules for different grocery items

3. Maintain and Supervise Inventory of the stores

4. Order merchandise ahead of time

5. Preparing necessary reports regarding produce, grocery, convenient stores items, cigarettes etc.

6. Supervising lottery sales

7. May perform key holdings such as opening the stores

8. Developing marketing strategies and signing for deliveries

9. Responsible to give training of new staff and monitor and report performance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

Schedule:
8 hour shift
Day shift
Night shift
Overtime
Weekends as needed

Education:
Secondary School (preferred)

Experience is an Asset (1-7 Months)
