OM Samarpan Enterprise Inc. O/A Jay’s Mart – Collingwood is looking for a 1- Full-time stock clerks supervisor – retail to join our team!

Job Summary: Stock clerks supervisor – retail is responsible for leading the store in achieving sales goals and operating the POS system by making sure all the inventory level is fulfilled. This position will oversee all aspects of the store including customer service, inventory management, and training of team members.

Duties include:
1. Supervise the receiving, unpacking, and stocking of merchandise.
2. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing to reorder stock as needed.
3. Ensure proper labeling and organization of goods in storage areas.
4. Oversee inventory audits and resolve discrepancies.
5. Schedule, train, and supervise retail staff.
6. Assign tasks and ensure productivity and accuracy.
7. Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback or coaching.
8. Ensure compliance with Retail and Vape store policies and safety procedures.
9. Coordinate with sales staff to ensure products are available and displayed properly.
10. Assist in floor restocking, especially during busy hours or seasons.
11. Work with manager and owner to plan stock layouts and storage.
12. Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages
13. Maintain inventory and order merchandise
14. Prepare reports regarding sales volumes and personnel matters
15. Maintain cleanliness and safety in stockrooms and storage areas.
16. Operate equipment like pallet jacks if needed.
17. Report damaged or missing inventory and investigate losses.
18. Keep records of inventory movements, shipments, and returns.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.50 per hour

Expected hours: 62 Hours Bi Weekly
