Requirements:

Languages: English

Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required

Experience: is an asset

Work setting: Apartment/condominium complex

Various locations in the Edmonton, AB area

Responsibilities

Tasks: Sweep, mop, wash and polish doors, entrance hallways, Tenant turnover at month end (cleaning of appliances, bathroom, blinds windows, walls, baseboards, balconies, cupboards and fixtures); Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, Clean and disinfect elevators, Pick up debris and empty trash containers, Wash windows, walls and ceilings, Cleaning of laundry rooms and other common areas.

Work conditions and physical capabilities: Repetitive tasks, Physically demanding, Attention to detail, Standing for extended periods, Bending, crouching, kneeling.
