Position Details

Hourly Wage: $16.00

Weekly Hours: 40

Location: Calgary, Alberta

 

Duties and Responsibilities

-Assist in preparing pizza dough, slicing vegetables, and measuring ingredients according to the restaurant’s recipes and standards.

-Keep the kitchen well-stocked and organized by restocking ingredients, tracking inventory, and ensuring all items are labeled and stored correctly.

-Support the kitchen staff by fetching ingredients, utensils, and equipment, as well as helping with cooking tasks like pizza assembly, baking, and garnishing.

-Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace by washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, as well as cleaning countertops, floors, and storage areas.

-Follow food safety protocols, including proper handwashing, glove usage, and temperature monitoring, to ensure the safety and quality of food served to customers.

-Assist in packaging food orders, ensuring accuracy, and arranging orders for delivery or pickup.

-Help with general kitchen duties, such as taking out trash, organizing storage areas, and assisting with opening and closing procedures to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
