We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Club Attendant Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supervising club workers in maintaining the facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests.

Terms of employment: Permanent, full time employment

Wage, working hours: $36.00 hourly / 30 hours per week

Start date: Starts as soon as possible

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years supervisor work experience in sports facility

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities/Tasks
• Schedule events, programs and activities
• Schedule work
• Arrange for maintenance and repair work
• Assist clients/guests with special needs
• Be the point of contact when in need to handle emergency situations
• Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
• Ensure smooth operation of equipment and machinery
• Oversee cleaning of specialty and difficult items
• Prepare and submit progress and other reports
• Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
• Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and quality
• Supervise operation of mechanical equipment and machinery
• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers
• Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
