Overview

PH Designs Ltd DBA PH Management is looking for 2 permanent, full-time Handyperson to join their team as soon as possible.

Main Duties:

·         Make adjustments, and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilating, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs.

·         Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair.

·         Cut grass and tend grounds and plants.

·         Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, and heavy debris.

·         May move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies.

Requirements:

·         Completion of secondary school is required.

·         A minimum of one year of maintenance experience is required.
