Pho Kim Ltd. (Pho Kim Restaurant) is looking for Cooks (permanent / full time position) to join our busy team in Calgary!

Location: 1511 Centre B St NW, Calgary, AB T2M 2R5
Expected Start Date: ASAP
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, which include sauces, soups, salads, vegetables, meats
Season and cook food according to recipes or personal judgment and experience
Check the quantity and quality of received products
Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerance
Participate in planning menus and determining size of food portions
Train kitchen staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
Estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
Maintain inventory and records of food ingredients, supplies and equipment
Keep kitchen and food handling area clean with proper regulation and procedure
Other relevant duties as assigned

Position Requirements and Qualifications
Completion of high school education
1-2 years of work experience in commercial cooking industry
Experience in Asian/Vietnamese Cuisine as an asset

Wage
Salary: $16-18 for 30~40 hours a week
