Job brief
We are looking for 3 Vietnamese cuisine cook to prepare authentic Vietnamese cuisine dishes such as Vietnamese noodle, rice and grill.
Cook responsibilities include opening the restaurant in the morning to prepare to make Vietnamese noodle, rice and gill. To be successful in this role, you should have work experience as a Vietnamese cuisine cook.
Ultimately, you will make sure we offer fresh and delicious goods to our customers on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
Open restaurant in the morning
Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
Inspect kitchens and food service areas
Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
Order supplies and equipment
Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
Clean kitchen and work areas
Manage kitchen operations
Requirements and skills
7 months to less than one year experience as a Vietnamese cuisine cook,
Understanding of food safety practices,
Excellent time-management skills,
Team spirit, with a customer-focused attitude,
Flexibility to work in late evening, and
Certification from a culinary school is a plus.
Hours of Work
5 days/week
Average 40.00 hours/week
