Pick Me Aesthetics Ltd. o/a Pick Me Luxe Beauty Aesthetics is looking for permanent, full-time Beauty Shop Manager to join our busy team!

Position: Beauty Shop Manager (NOC: 60040)

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time (30-40 hours per week), Flexible hours

Hourly Wage: $36.22 – $37.00 per hour

Expected Start Date: As soon as possible

Work Location: #1 1709 8 Ave NE, Calgary, AB T2E 0S9

Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

·         Oversee daily shop operations

·         Hire and train beauticians and other staff, as needed

·         Organize employees’ shifts, considering peak times and seasonality

·         Order beauty products, like creams and essential oils and replenish stock

·         Arrange for regular maintenance services for all equipment

·         Apply hygiene practices across all beauty stations

·         Ensure all beauty treatments meet high quality standards

·         Maintain staff records, including salaries and working schedules

·         Promote services, products and discounts on social media

·         Receive payments from clients and track all transactions

·         Keep updated records of costs and revenues (e.g. daily, monthly and quarterly)

·         Run online competitions and offer discount packages to attract new customers

Position Requirements and Qualifications:

·         Secondary school graduation;

·         2-3 years of work experience in the related industry

·         Knowledge and familiarity in esthetic and message products and services

·         Ability to build and maintain a good relationship with customers

·         Strong organization and effective interpersonal skills

·         Team player – positive, organized, reliable; Client focus
