PIT LANE Hand Car Wash & Detailing is looking for an Automobile Cleaning Supervisor at their Richmond location.

Permanent; Full-time; $28.85 per hour; 30-40 hours per week. Bonus based on Sales Performance.

Duties:
– Supervise and co-ordinate the work of specialized cleaners;
– Inspect sites or facilities to ensure established safety and cleanliness standards are met;
– Hire and train cleaning staff;
– Prepare work schedule;
– Prepare budget, estimate costs and keep financial records;
– Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs;
– Perform specialized cleaning duties.

Qualifications:
– Completion of secondary school;
– At least 1-2 years of experience as a specialized cleaner including hand-carwash or related experience;
– Prior management/supervisory experience is an asset;
– Japanese language ability is an asset.
