Compensation: $27.50-$28.85 per hour (To be negotiated)

Hours of work: 30-40 hours/week

Benefits: 4% of gross salary for vacation remuneration, extended health benefits after 3months

Job Duties

– Oversee and coordinate staff activities

– Allocate specific duties to team members and enforce disciplinary actions when required.

– Develop and maintain work schedules for employees, while keeping detailed records of shifts and hours worked.

– Compile and generate reports on sales volumes, merchandising activities, and personnel-related issues.

– Recruit and train new sales personnel or coordinate their training.

– Maintain the visual standards and store image, including store displays, signage, and cleanliness.

– Provide customer service, addressing inquiries, complaints, and supply issues promptly.

 

Job Requirements

 

-Education: Completion of high school is required.

-Experience: 2 to 3 years of work experience as a retail salesperson or salesclerk, cashier, telemarketer, door-to-door salesperson, or rental agent is required.
