Overview

Job duties:

– Take complete charge of the household when parents are away.
– Handle light housekeeping and cleaning tasks.
– Purchase groceries and household essentials.
– Wash, iron, and press clothing and linens.
– Teach children about personal hygiene and social skills.
– Ensure the home environment is safe and healthy.
– Plan and engage children in activities like games and outings.
– Prepare and serve balanced, nutritious meals.
– Provide supervision and care for children.
– Escort children to and from school and appointments.
– Support children’s emotional well-being.
– Cook meals for the child.

Requirement:
-Relevant certificate or diploma in home child care provider is preferred
-Relevant experience in home child care provider is preferred

Wage: $20.00/hour (x1.5 overtime)

Benefit: 4% vacation pay

Hours of work per week: 30 – 40 hours, full-time

Lengthen of employment: permanent
