$20.00 per hour
Work Setting: Residence of the employer where care will be provided
Optional accommodation is available at no charge on a live-in basis. Note: This is NOT a condition of employment.
Education: Minimum- Canadian high school certificate
Language: Ability to speak, read and write in English and communicate in an unsupervised setting;
Experience: at least 6 months Duties: all aspects of care for children ages 3 & 8: Assume full responsibility of children and home in the absence of parents; bathe, dress and get child ready for school; get toddler ready for rest periods; Follow parents’ lead in toilet training; pack snacks and lunch box for school;; Instruct children on personal hygiene and proper grooming; Prepare and serve nutritious meals ; Keep a safe and healthy environment at home; organize games and outings; discipline children according to methods as requested by the parents Perform housekeeping chores and cleaning; laundry and clothes’ care
