We are expanding our team on ground and looking to hire a Dispatchers supervisor to fulfill the following duties:

 

Job duties:

·         Supervise the work of dispatchers to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods.

·         Assign workloads to dispatchers based on the volume of orders and delivery requirements.

·         Monitor dispatchers’ performance and provide feedback, coaching, and training as necessary.

·         Manage scheduling and time-off requests for dispatchers.

·         Ensure that dispatchers comply with company policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations.

·         Resolve customer complaints and issues related to delivery schedules or other transportation-related matters.

·         Maintain communication with drivers to ensure that they have the necessary information and instructions for successful deliveries.

·         Monitor delivery routes to optimize fuel efficiency and reduce transportation costs.

·         Track and maintain records of driver hours, vehicle maintenance, and other relevant information.

·         Coordinate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure that dispatching operations are aligned with business goals.

·         Ensure that safety protocols are being followed and take appropriate action when safety concerns arise.

Qualifications:

–          A minimum of high school certificate.

–          3 to 5 years of working experience is needed in related job.

–          Good computer ability and the use of excel and work.

–          Good communication skills and problem-solving techniques.

 

Wage: 30$ / hour
