candidate will have restaurant industry experience, a passion for food prep, and strong
customer service skills. The ideal candidate for this position has previous experience preparing
various dishes, especially Persian Cuisine, enjoys working in a busy restaurant environment,
and is capable of taking direction well and multi-tasking effectively.

Schedule: Day shift /Monday to Friday/ Night shift/ Weekend availability

Salary:  $17.50 hourly / 40 hours per Week

Summary of Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Executive Chef, responsibilities and essential job functions include to the
following:
– Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
–  Inspect kitchens and food service areas
–  Supervise kitchen staff and helpers

– Oversee kitchen operations
– Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
–  May plan menus, determine the size of food portions, estimate food requirements and
costs, and monitor and order supplies
– May hire and train kitchen staff.
– Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment
–  Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
–  Highly responsible and reliable
