Job Duties:

·         Assist client with daily living such as hygiene, grooming, dressing, toileting, bathing, and feeding;

·         Perform light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming, dusting, washing dishes, sweep and mop floors, cleaning, make beds, garbage removal, and laundry;

·         Shop for food and household supplies;

·         Prepare and serve a meal to the client;

·         Administer medications to the client;

·         Follow prescribed Individual Care Plan;

·         Provide a safe and supportive environment;

·         Keep records of daily activities and health information; and

·         Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

·         Completion of a training program in childcare or a related field will be an asset.

·         One-year experience is required in the related field.

·         First aid certification is required.
