Job Duties:
- Assist client with daily living such as hygiene, grooming, dressing, toileting, bathing, and feeding;
- Perform light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming, dusting, washing dishes, sweep and mop floors, cleaning, make beds, garbage removal, and laundry;
- Shop for food and household supplies;
- Prepare and serve a meal to the client;
- Administer medications to the client;
- Follow prescribed Individual Care Plan;
- Provide a safe and supportive environment;
- Keep records of daily activities and health information; and
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
· Completion of a training program in home support or a related field will be an asset.
· One-year experience is required in the related field.
