Location:  Sammy’s Pizza Parlor, 30 11440 Braeside Drive SW Calgary, AB T2W 3N4

Salary: $15.75 to $16.00 / hour (To be negotiated)

Terms of employment Permanent: Full time, 40 hours / week

Start date: As soon as possible

Employment conditions: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Night, flexible hours, overtime on as needed basis

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

Experience: 1 years to less than 2 years

Ability to Supervise:  3-4 people

Security and Safety: Criminal record check

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding; standing for extended periods; attention to detail; fast-paced environment; work under pressure; repetitive tasks

Work Location Information:  In shop

Personal Suitability: dependability, judgment, accurate, team player, excellent oral communication, reliability and client focus

Cuisine Specialties: must be able to prepare and bake gluten-free doughs

Food Specialties: pizza, breads and rolls

Specific Skills

·         Prepare dough for pizzas, pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for cookies, muffins, cakes, icings and frostings according to recipes provided

·         Bake mixed dough and batters

·         Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards

Additional Skills:

·         requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies

·         supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff

·         train staff,

·         organize and maintain inventory

Work Setting: bistro or small restaurant setting
