Restaurant Big Bowl is looking for Cooks!

 

Job Description:

– Position: Cook

– Employer: Restaurant Big Bowl Ltd. dba Restaurant Big Bowl

– Work Location: 331 Elmwood Dr, Moncton, NB E1A 7Y1

– Business Address: Same as above

– Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time

– Wage: $15.00 per hour

– Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week

– Benefit: 4% of salary for vacation remuneration or 10 days of paid vacation.

– Language: English

Job Duties:

– Prepare and cook various types of Korean and Japanese cuisine such as ramen, tempura, donburi, sushi rolls, Bibimbap, and BBQ short ribs etc.

– Monitor and order inventory and records of food such as vegetable, noodle, meat, shrimp, and supplies such as gloves, sanitizer and so on.

– Prepare and make sauces for meal on the menu.

– Supervise kitchen staffs and helpers.

– Clean and sterilize food preparation areas.

 

Job Requirements:

– Education: Completion of high school is required.

– Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a cook is required OR completion of a three-year apprenticeship program, college, or other programs in cooking.
