Overview

RH Radiant Home is seeking a highly motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team.

This position is permanent, full-time; 35 hours per week; $25.00 per hour. Plus 4% vacation pay.

Duties:
– Organize and maintain files, databases, records, and/or other documents by category to ensure proper
documentation;
– Prepare and proofread correspondence, receipts and related materials in both electronic and paper formats;
– Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages;
– Schedule appointments and meetings;
– Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, fax messages, and/or deliveries to the appropriate department;
– Monitor and maintain office supplies, including inventory, ordering and purchasing;
– Determine and establish office procedures;
– Provide training for new staff.

Qualifications:
– Completion of secondary school is required;
– Minimum of one-year administrative related experience is required;
– Strong computer skills with competency in Excel, Word and Outlook;
– Able to handle work under pressure in a very fast-paced environment;
– English language ability is required.
