Hourly wage: 27.5 per hour

Working hour range: 30 – 40 hours per week

Job duties:

·      Manage, coordinate, and schedule the activities of staff who prepare,  portion, and serve food.

·      Estimate and order the ingredients and supplies required to prepare meals.

·      Identify methods for meeting work schedules.

·      Keep track of stock, repairs, sales, and waste

·      Respond to customer complaints and ensure compliance with health and       safety regulations.

·      Ensure that staff are trained in all aspects of their jobs, including sanitation and safety.

·      Maintain a high standard of quality control in the food and service industry

·      Assist in the selection of food service staff as well as the development of policies, procedures, and budgets.

·      Determine food and labor costs.

·      Manage, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the operations.

·      Develop a service offering and implement operational procedures.
