Overview

Royal Majestic Enterprises is located in Langley BC and is looking to hire a construction assistant manager to join its team as soon as possible.

Duties:

Planning and Organizing daily operations
Assisting in the development and monitoring of construction schedules and milestones.
Helping prepare and track project budgets
Recruiting, hiring and supervising staff
Assisting in implementing and monitoring quality control programs
Contributing to the preparation of progress reports and schedules for clients
Assisting in the purchase of materials and the hiring of subcontractors and staff
Supporting the preparation and negotiation of contracts with various stakeholders.
Requirement:

Secondary School Education Required
2 years Experience Required in Supervisory or similar field
English Language Required
Location: all over Lower Mainland

Wage: $48.08 per hour for 30 hours per week
