Job Description:

– Employer: Sandman Media Inc.

– Work Location: 1060 Alberni St #1902, Vancouver, BC V6E 4K2

– Position: Administrative Assistant

– Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time

– Wage: $25 per hour

– Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week

– Benefit: 4% of salary for vacation remuneration or 10 days of paid vacation.

– Language: English

Job Duties:

– Handle calls, emails, mails, and customer enquiries.

– Greet visitors and direct visitors to appropriate person or departments.

– Prepare and record keeping of invoices, reports, and correspondence.

– Arrange and schedule meetings and appointments.

– Order office supplies and maintain inventory.

 

Job Requirements:

– Education: Completion of high school is required.

– Experience: Completion of a one- or two-year college or other program for administrative assistants or secretaries or previous clerical experience is required.
