Job Description:

– Carry out day to day administrative activities
– Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
– Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures
– Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, equipment, supplies, disposal of assets, maintenance and security services
– Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
– Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
– Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
– Perform data entry and light bookkeeping as required
– Such other administrative duties as assigned by the Management
