Job Description:
Event Planner
SK Events Ltd is located in Surrey and operate all over Lower Mainland is looking to hire a full time Event Planner as soon as possible.
Job Duties:
Establish relationship with event venues and vendors
Supervise and Hire staff as required per business activity and demand
Manage event bookings
Communicate and Negotiate Costs with Clients
Estimate and order supplies and inventory for each events/ booking
Arrange for shipping, receiving and storage for inventory
Establish marketing strategies for the business and purchase of promotional productsPlan for social events and guest programs
Assist in site selection and attend to related details
Language: English
Job Location: All over Lower Mainland, depending on contract
Salary: $27.50 per hour for 40 hours per week
