Position:             Hotel Clerk Supervisor

Job duties:

a). Oversee, supervise and co-ordinate, assign the work of hotel services clerks, housekeeping room attendants, front desk clerks

b).  Resolve guest complaints and concerns effectively;

c).   Supervising daily shift process ensuring all team members adhere to work schedules and procedures;

d)  Responding to telephone and in-person inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information and guest concerns;

e)    Prepare schedules and Co-ordinate activities of the department

Job Type: Permanent, Full time
