Sneaky Pete’s Pool Café Ltd. is looking for experienced Food Service Supervisors!

Job Description:

– Employer: Sneaky Pete’s Pool Café Ltd.

– Title: Food Service Supervisor

– Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent

– Wage: $ 18.50 – $ 25.00 per hour (to be negotiated)

– Work Location: 424 McLean Dr, Vancouver, BC V5L 0C1

– Business address: Same as above

– Hours of work: 30 ~ 40 hours/ per week

– Benefit: 10 days of paid vacation or 4% of gross salary

 

– Positions Available: 2

 

Job Duties:

– Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities who prepare, portion, and serve food.

– Take, record, and resolve complaints from customers.

– Record and report sales, wastes, and incidents.

– Track and order supplies required for food service.

– Establish schedule of staffs and manuals.

– Train staffs in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedure.

– Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.

 

Job Requirements:

– Education: Completion of high school is required.

– Experience: One to two years experience of feed service

OR

Completion of community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management is required.

– Language: English
