At Southern Rewind Inc., you will be part of the branch team, which serves the wholesale distribution market.

Duties will include inside sales, technical support, applications and specific quotations and duties related to the warehouse, which may include fork-lift operation. This role may also include product-specific training, and attendance at tradeshows.

About the Role:

·        Inside sales, provide technical support and order entry

·        Fill orders accurately and efficiently, arrange shipping and complete paper trails

·        Assist with receipt of incoming goods against purchase orders, ensure accuracy and placement

·        Work with management, sales and purchasing team members to successfully develop product knowledge and capability to enhance sales

·        Participate in product seminars, conventions, meetings, etc., as required

·        Work with customers including dealers, contractors, commercial and industrial accounts

·        Strong knowledge of pumps and fluid dynamics, an excellent knowledge of water and waste-water systems, water works, mechanical,      industrial water treatment and plumbing-related products

·        Be prepared to assist in any other duties as may be required.

Required Experience:

·        High School diploma or GED required

·        Knowledge of mechanical assembly/repair is an asset

·        Proven inside sales experience

·        Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Excel)

·        Experience using ERP systems is an asset

·        Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

·        People oriented and experience in rapport building

·        Ability to learn quickly, work independently and with a team

·        A willingness to learn

·        Clean Criminal Record

·        Valid Driver’s License and provision of Driver’s Abstract will be required

·        Safety Training; WHMIS and First Aid certification is an asset

·        Forklift certification is preferred
