Position: Administrative Assistant

Business Address: Same as above.
Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time
Wage: $ 25.00 per hour.
Working Hours: 30 – 40 hours per week.
Benefit: 4% gross salary or 10 days paid vacation. Extended medical insurance is provided after 3 months of employment.

Job Duties
-Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.

-Compile data, statistics and other information.

-Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.

-Answer electronic enquiries.

-Order office supplies and maintain inventory.

-Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.

-Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mails and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information.

 

Job Requirements
-Education: Completion of secondary school is required.

Experience: Completion of a one- or two-year college or other program for administrative assistants or secretaries or Previous office work experience is required.
