Overview

Job Duties:

Preparation of all sandwich ingredients including washing, cutting, slicing, chopping, proportioning and grating as per company guidelines;

·         answering customer questions about menu items as required;

·         attend to customer orders; neatly wrap customers sandwiches and/or place onto food baskets and trays;

·         cleaning and maintaining all equipment required for food preparation and services

·         operating a cash register to take orders, accept payment, give receipt and correct change

·         stocking of products and/or beverages and keeping records of the quantity of food used

·         stocking items in their respective places upon delivery.

·         ensuring a clean and sanitized guest area, work surfaces/stations, backroom and prep areas as well as utensils;

·         daily recording and maintaining food temperature log

·         disposing of garbage;

·         adhering to all food safety regulations while storing, preparing and serving food

Work: 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience is required;

Terms of employment:  Full-time and permanent;

Wage: $14.00 per hour
