Established in 2005 Subzi Mandi Cash & Carry (Subzi Mandi) is a staple grocery and carry-out food provider in the Greater Toronto Area.

Offering the highest quality and authentic food, we are seeking an experienced retail supervisor to join our team. This is a full-time permanent role, with an expectation for 40-44 hours of work per week.

The wage offered is $21/hr, with 4% vacation remuneration, no medical benefits. After 44 hours per week, eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times offered hourly wage, or as otherwise required by law.

Position: Retail Supervisor

Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
Organize and maintain inventory
Responsible for maintaining the condition of the store floor and backroom area
Establish work schedules
Responsible for ensuring the safety and sanitation of the store
Authorize return of merchandise
Order merchandise
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

English communication skills (reading and verbal)
2-3 years previous experience as a retail supervisor
Flexibility to work a variety of hours which include days, evenings, night shifts, and weekends
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
