Since its establishment, Subzi Mandi Cash & Carry has been a cornerstone in providing grocery and retail essentials for families across the GTA. We pride ourselves on offering high-quality and authentic products. We are currently looking for an experienced Retail Store Supervisor to oversee our sales associates and daily store operations. This role is a full-time, permanent position, with a starting wage of $22.00/hr. Additional benefits include free parking.
Position Responsibilities:
Assign sales workers to duties
Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
Order merchandise and authorize the return of merchandise
Establish work schedules
Sell merchandise and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
Organize and maintain inventory
Supervise and coordinate activities of workers
Manage cash and oversee payroll administration
Supervision:
Supervising 5-10 people

Qualifications:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
2 to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
Ability to work in day, early morning, evening, morning, night, overtime, and weekend schedules
