Overview

Super 8 Motels is currently looking for a Permanent, Full Time Hotel Manager to join their team as soon as possible.

 

Main Duties:

Develop and implement business plans and policies of the hotel.
Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
Participate in the development of pricing and promotional strategies.
Recruit and supervise staff, oversee training, and set work schedules.
·         Handle customer complaints and concerns.

·         Prepare marketing plans and procedures.

Requirements:

·         Completion of college program related to hospitality is required.

·         Minimum two years of work experience as a manager is required.

 

Salary:                      $35.00/hour
