Job Description:

– Employer: Sushi Lover Enterprises Ltd. dba Sushi U

– Position: Food Service Supervisor

– Work Location: 5-5901 E Broadway St, Burnaby, BC V5B 2Y1

– Wage: $ 18.50 per hour

– Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week

– Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent

– Benefit: 4% of gross salary or 10 days paid vacation

– Vacancy: 1

– Language: English

 

Job duties:

·         Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities who prepare, portion, and serve food.

·         Record and report sales, wastes, and incidents.

·         Track and order ingredients and supplies required for food service.

·         Establish schedule of staffs and evaluate staff work performance.

·         Train staffs in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedure.

·         Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.

 

Job Requirements:

–  Education: Completion of high school is required.

– Experience: Six months to one year

Or,

Completion of community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management is required.
